Live Streams Coming to Twitter Via Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Xbox One


Twitter today launched new apps forApple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Xbox One. These new apps will "allow anyone with these devices to consume the best of Twitter," the microblogging service said.
The free apps will feature all the live streams available on Twitter, including 10 NFL Thursday Night Football games, and content from MLB, NBA, Pac 12 Networks, Campus Insiders, Cheddar, and Bloomberg News. Users will also be able to enjoy those features as well as browse top tweets, Vines, and Periscopes regardless of whether they have a Twitter account or pay TV subscription.
The apps are available for download now in their respective app stores.
