Apple Music for Android was first launched in beta in November last year. The music streaming service which has been receiving lot of updates and improvement over the past 9 months has officially come out of beta.
Besides shedding the beta tag, Apple has added a couple of tweaks and improvements to the Apple Music Android app. This update includes equalizer settings and a variety of performance, playback, and stability improvements.
Earlier in February, Apple Music got the ability to download songs to SD card while in April the app got an update that allowed users to watch music videos and video content inside the app. The app received homescreen widget that lets you control playback.
